Boston Baroque and director Martin Pearlman ring in the New Year, 2013, with a festive concert of baroque concerti and Pergolesi's comic opera La serva padrona ("The Maid Mistress"), with soprano Sarah Heaton as Serpina, baritone David Kravitz as Uberto, and Remo Airaldi as Vespone, recorded in concert at Sanders Theatre on the campus of Harvard University.

Orfeo was presented this past March, 2012, at the New England Conversatory’s Jordan Hall. Singing the role of Orfeo is countertenor Owen Willetts. Euridice, his opposite, is soprano Mary Wilson. The third solo role is that of Amor – Love, sung by soprano Courtney Huffman. In this performance you will hear “Choruses of nymphs and shepherds, of monsters and furies, of Elysian heros and heroines, and of followers of Orpheus,” according to prorgram notes. Martin Pearlman conducts the orchestra and chorus of Boston Baroque.
