Kazuki Yamada

Pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet is the soloist in George Gershwin’s blues-inflected Piano Concerto in F, and conductor Kazuki Yamada makes his Symphony Hall debut with two of Ottorino Respighi’s colorful homages to Rome.

In an encore broadcast, Kazuki Yamada leads a program of Holst’s iconic suite "The Planets" and Poulenc’s emotionally evocative "Gloria" with soloist Raquel González and the Tanglewood Festival Chorus.
